We have now started the "Employee of the month" challenge.
The idea behind this challenge is to bring the best out of each employee, to provide excellent customer service, and overall a better dining experience for our sushiland customers.

  • In order to provide the best quality service , and to satisfy customer's needs.
  • To challenge each other, and motivate employees.
  • To recognize and reward outstanding workmanship.
  • To create an atmosphere that is productive, yet fun.

    How the winner is chosen:
    The employee who meets the most criteria will be selected by the store manager.
     
    We will then hold a monthly meeting to select a winner from each stores' nominees.
     
    The winner will be recognized and posted on our website the following month.
     
    "Employee of the month" winner will receive a bonus and gifts.
